Former Edelman executive Kathy Krenger joined Kraft Heinz as global CCO in July 2021 from Hyatt Hotels, reporting directly to the company's CEO Miguel Patricio and working directly with him on the business' transformation.
She replaced 23-year Kraft Heinz veteran Michael Mullen, who retired in mid-August last year. On this week's podcast, she talks about doubling down on employee engagement, moving North America comms into the global comms team and bringing on Zeno this March for corporate agency support.
