Jim O’Leary has been Weber Shandwick’s North America CEO for less than nine months — joining from top rival Edelman — and it’s been a busy nine months. In that time, he’s brought on talent from his former agency and other firms and worked to bolster his network’s strengths in AI and elsewhere.
